When placing an order we currently collect and process your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders.

Details such as name, delivery address and email/ telephone number are used to process shipment and may be passed to our courier where appropriate.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you because you have either expressed interest in our products or have purchased products from us.

We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil orders and provide further information about products when requested.

We may share this information with postal services and employees of Unispectra Ltd so that they can process and pack orders.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
